La función de emparejamiento agregada del mercado laboral chileno
AbstractThe aggregate matching function is estimated for the Chilean labor market with time varying efficiency and correcting for endogeneity bias for the period 1986-2015. The results found are consistent, statistically significant and show the existence of a structural break around the year 2002 and a job market tightness elasticity of 11,68% before the break and 12,53% afterwards.
